Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the supply of market analysis, business research and related services by LAMANNA LTD (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, with registered address at 12 Winchelsea Road, Eastbourne, BN22 7PR United Kingdom.

1. Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Any specific project terms (scope, fees, deliverables) will be set out in a separate agreement or confirmation.

2. Services

We provide market analysis services, business research consulting, economic research, competitive intelligence, industry analysis and related analytical and business intelligence solutions. The exact scope of each engagement will be agreed in writing.

3. Fees and payment

Fees will be agreed before work begins. Payment terms will be set out in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or cease work if payment is overdue.

4. Deliverables and use

We will deliver the agreed outputs (reports, data, presentations) as set out in the project agreement. You may use the deliverables for your internal business purposes. Unless otherwise agreed, we retain intellectual property in our methodologies and templates; you receive a licence to use the specific deliverables we provide.

5. Confidentiality

We will keep your confidential information secure and use it only for the purpose of delivering our services. You agree to keep our reports and deliverables confidential unless disclosure is required by law or we agree otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability under or in connection with these Terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant project in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss of profit. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the project agreement. On termination, you pay for work done and any non-cancellable costs we have incurred.

8. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
